ive got a few... let us know how your doing and your not keeping us filled ins' so here it goes....i have 4 months left of the diet... ive lost 5 lbs.. i go back augest 2 for a weigh in...i know i haven been on the boards showin my love and im sorry for that... home is a mess right now and im tryin to deal with it without doin the things i am known to do.. which is hard to do...im sorry this a short update.. i dont really know what to say,, hope all is well for everyone and for those who have upcomming sugerys... you all will do great.. dont forget to be brave!!
