Planet Smoothie

Not sure if there is a Planet Smoothie near any of you or not, but they have new low carb smoothies now. I had the chocolate version yesterday, stopped on my way to work and sipped it for about two hours. They have several flavors and I am going to try the pina colada next time. They are only 5 carbs and 25g protein for 22oz, I dont recall the sugar or calorie content. It was a nice treat

Johanna, Yes, my fingers are attached to the keyboard this morning. I am so sorry I havent called, this week has been grueling at work and I have hit the hay earlier than usual. In addition to that, I have a major plumbing problem here at home and another pending renovation problem so I have been stressed out. I'm sowwy I'll call you in a bit. Amy
