Miami gets together ???

Lina--Did you know that Dr. Gonzalez has a support group meeting every third Thursday of the month at South Miami Hospital? Next Thursday the topic is about exercise. As far as something of a more social nature, I am not aware, but if you hear of something, please post it. I had my surgery almost three years ago and did really well till I got close to my goal and then old bad habits combined with some devastating personal issues made me reach for bad food choices for about a year. After gaining back about 25 pounds, I have found my way back here to get myself back in line mentally and physically!

I belong to a South Florida Team called Team Sunbabes. We generally get together either at someone's home or at a restaurant once a month. We just had our Team meeting at the end Of June at my home in Miami. We will probably have one at the end of next month or in September in the Ft. Laud area. Our team originated at Spotlight Health, but all WLS patients are welcome. We usually have a clothing exchange if we have it at someones house. Smooches, Gigi
