Erika is out of surgery!

Hi Family! Erika is out of surgery and doing good! It took about 3.5hrs. She had just woken up when I called. Her mom was so happy and so was Erika! She finally got off the bench and is part of the game! I am so excited and just happy for her! I am going to see her tomorrow and can't wait and will update again when I get back! ~love and prayers~ MICHELLE

I'm so happy for her too. She's been posting up a storm ever since I've been on this site and it's finally her turn to be a loser! I'm excited for her and I just want her to do so well. Keep us updated, Michelle, and thanks!!

Thank God Almighty!!! I am sooo happy for Erika!!!!!!!!! I've been up since 4:00 am just thinking about her and praying with all my might! I could only imagine how it feels like to be in her position! I left a message on your phone Michelle! Just to see if you had heard anything, but now I see she is doing good. Hi Michele, So happy you posted this news. I hope she comes through with flying colors. I know how bad she wanted this. I was thinking about her all day and saying little prayers when she popped into my mind. Well next you will be going and I still do not have a committment from a surgeon. I was giving one Dr. a few days to find out what my insurance will pay. It will be a week tomorrow so I will be calling them back instead of waiting on them. I need to move on if they are going to take my insurance. Have a safe trip to coming south to get your tests done. Let us know when you get home safely...omg my age is showing...mother hen here.LOL Give Erika a hug from me.
