Vitamins and protein..

Hey y'all.. I just wanted to let you all know that I got liquid calcium citrate from Vitamin World online. They have four flavors in 16oz bottles and right they are having buy one get one half off. So I got two bottles for $14.98 I was out shopping yesterday and at GNC they have the pre-made fruity protein drinks. Sort of like the Protein Ice on wlssucess.com. They are $3.43 for 20oz reclosable bottles. I also found the slim whey bars at Target for .99 each. I tried one and Lori was sooo right they do taste like candy bars. Also, I was checking bariatriceating.com last night and Susan Maria says that when they get in the new flavor of Nectar, everyone is getting a free sample. Always, Karee

Karee, Just an FYI: You can get a box of Slim Whey cars at Walmart for about $5. I think they have 6 per box. They are much better than most bars and their size is perfect for post-op. Amy
