plastic surgery uniteed healthcare

I am looking for someone who had Plastic Surgery who has United Healthcare insurance. I am just curious on what kind of stuff you had to go through with the insurance for the plastic surgery. I have a long ways to go but just would like to know in case I end up needing it done. I am looking forward to working out all the time and HARD. I just would like to know what kind of crap people had to go through with the insurance company to have the skin removed. Thank you anything would help.
