Liquid Centrum

Hey all do not know if you know this but there is a Liquid Centrum out there. Did not know this until Monday. Well my friend who had the surgery saw it at a Walmart in New Tampa. So look for it at all the Walmarts. It might help everyone. So just thought you might like to know that. Tricia

I have decided after I finish the vitamins, b-12 and calcium supply I bought before surgery that I am going to invest in one of the bariatric vitamins that include everything. Downing 10 pills (all the above plus my prescriptions) has become a meal in itself each morning. I know vitamins like vista vitamons and some others are more expensive but I just cant stand swallowing all those pills each day . I guess Im willing to pay more for the convenience.

Another good liquid vitamin is by SYMTEC. Liquid Multivitamin with Lutein, Lycopene, Antioxidants A,C,E.......and it's sugar free as well as fast absorbing. The Berry flavor isn't bad either. I got mine at Eckerd. However, I'm now back on the bariatric capsule/pill vitamins. Just needed the liquid stuff early on! luvitsunnyv
