next Orlando group Meeting 8/14

hey there everyone...there will be another get together of the Orlando WLS group....doesn't matter who did your surgery or what kind you had or are gonna have...its a come one come all....Next month we will be meeting at the following: When: Saturday August 14, 2004 Time: 7pm Where: Bahama Breeze on SR 436 in Altamonte Springs... Debbie, 1. Where on earth is Deltona?? Isn't that near Orlando? 2. You had the same surgeon I'm going to have. 3. Was your psych guy in Ocala too?? My psych guy's name was also Dr. Henderson, that's why I ask. 4. Why isn't your before and after picture in Dr. Jawad's book as you are just STUNNING!!!!!! 5. Do you (and others) travel all over the state for these meetings?? Or is it just that there are lots of Orlando people with WLS so there's a need? Do you know if Ocala has a group of any sort? 6. Are you sick of my questions yet???

hey there Jan... in order of questions asked 1- Deltona in about 25 miles North of Orlando and 25 miles south of daytona beach..smack dabe in the middle. 2- he is the best... 3-Dr Henderson also did my Psych guy..piece of cake. 4-thank you 5-well Stephanie Lawrence is the co-ordinator of the meeting...we are just a couple of Dr. J'S patients that feel that there is a great need for support in this area of Fla...sooo we meet once a month and have dinner and just talk and exchange Idea's..we have a really good time... Dr J. Has a support group that meets in Ocala you can call his office for the exacty dates and times... 6- never tired of questions... best of luck to you... Debbie

Hi Debbie! I am so stoked to see there is support around here. I have been using this web site for 8 months now and never checked to see how to get info in FL. I am in Deltona too! I am so excited to see there is a group around here. Can you email me with more info. Thanks, Nealy
