Could anyone tell me of the existence of weight loss support groups meetings in Miami, Weston or Hialeah area in florida? Either on english or spanish language!.

Cleveland Clinic is very good.  I went there for a long time after my surgery but I find it too far for me (I live in Delray).  But it is great.  Here is a link to their events schedule:
