Hey all

My name is adam. I am 18 years old. I did all my pre-op today and I am scheduled for March 17th. My Surgeon is Dr. English in Ft. Laurderale. My mother had the surgery with him and did great. I am kind of nervous but I know i will be fine. I just wanted to know if there are any words of wisdom that some of you can give me for these grueling next few weeks. Thanks so much. Adam

Adam, What a brave young man!!! I am very proud of you for making the all important first step to a healthy lifesytle!! I had my Lap RNY 10/17/03. Remember first to follow your surgeons orders to a t!! Protein, Water, Protein, Water!!! Get lots of rest!! Good Luck!! Melinda
