Hi Karen!!! I AM ME AGAIN!!! (yeah!!) (well, for now anyways yesterday I was C Isabel I havent heard anything from tech support, so maybe I will take your advice and see if that will help with the idenity crisis (that we arent the only ones to suffer from) I hope you are well, and staying warm up there in that northern cold! I am going home next year for Christmas, so I wont tease too much! (btw its 50 degrees here in FL today burrrrrrrrr) Happy Holidays H J
