Changing to CoreSource PPO, need info

Since Aetna and Florida Hospital no longer have a relationship as of November, I am changing to CoreSource PPO (formerly CoreStar) in Jan 2004. Has anyone been approved by them and if so, any siggestions on expediating the process without a lot of hurdles? I will start the process with the Bariatric clinic again in Jan. My PCP is supporting this surgery for me. I would appreciate any advice or suggestions for CoreSource. Thanks. Amy
