Just returned from pulmonary clearance and everything was ok.
Doctor will dictate this afternoon and fax to Dr. O tomorrow.
Hopefully this is the last hurdle. If anyone's insurance requests a
pulmonary clearance I highly recommend North Florida Chest
Physicians. Everyone was very helpful.
