hi, i am only 2 months post op but i am down 57.5 lbs and am already beginging to see sagging skin. I also know sagging skin will be an issue for me because the last 'diet' i was on several years ago i lost 147 lbs and i had a ton of sagging skin and even got a lower abdominal tummy tuck, this was self pay at the time and i also needed a breat lift and reduction but i never did come up with all the money for it before all the weight came back (and then some). i am keeping a folder with information and pictures of any skin issues i have had and i realize this is too soon to begin to court a plastic surgeon and my insurance company, however i am curious if any one who has had aetna open choice has gotten thier plastic surgery needs covered? i also believe firmly in being prepared whcih is another reason i am asking for information this soom thanks tricia laprny 9/8/2003 -57.5 lbs

Hello my dear new friend. I do not have Aetna, however, I do have some info on correct wording for "corrective surgery following a disease" so next time we talk, remind me and I will get it to you. My docs office had 2 patients approved for reconstructive surgery with the wording. I believe one was BC/BS and the other was UHC. Anyway thought that might help. God Bless & Thanks for everything, Rhonda
