Well I finally did it! Just recovering now from an open RNY by Dr Overcash. I should be on my way home tonight according to him and the staff here.

It's been a long time coming but now I guess I'm finally on the losers bench?!

Looking forward to lying low this weekend and recoop more before doing much.

Down 14lbs during my 1st week!

Only issue is an infection I got from the catheder at the hospital, swelled up one of my babies to a baseball! OUCH! Some meds will subside it and clear it out, but Dr said it'll take 30+ days.

Other than that, I'm moving and walking more and more each day.
