4 YEAR ANNIVERSARY

I almost decided not to post, I did not think I had much to say and  since I am primarily a lurker on the boards the last year or two. Then I thought. How much It meant to me to read people's multi year posts.

I read my post from last year and thought wow yeah nothing else to say. Then I thought, What a blessing yeah nothing else to say. I am still a size 10 same as last year and the year before, since reaching my goal. I have not had a fill in almost 3 years. I am greatful for the weight loss tool called the lap-band for getting me started. I am greatful for the emotional and spiritual growth i have experienced and look forward to growing more.  This would not be possible for me without putting down the food. So the Journey continues......
