Moving to Casselberry area

We are looking at potentional jobs in the Casselberry area. I am 5 months post op. Down 113 lbs and looking for a good RNY dr to keep my follow ops with. Any suggestions. Also are there many support groups in this area. TIA

The support group I attend is down near Universal Studios, a bit of a drive but well worth it. You can find info by looking up http://www.jawadmd.com/. He is out of Ocala, but has an Orlando office for follow-ups. There is also a Bariatic Center of Excellence down in Kissimmee with a couple of fine surgeaons as well, look up Dr. Kim on this site for more info. There is also a support group that meets in near downtown Orlando, they post on this board for each meeting. The Casselberry area is a great part of town to live in, however expect to work in one of the surrounding cities. Casselberry itself supports mostly retail and resteraunt employers, but jobs are starting to improve in the Orlando area. Good luck and Welcome to Sunny Florida!!

PS - I used to live in NEPA too

 I live in Lake Mary, my husband is a fire fighter in Casselberry.  My surgeon is Wiljon Beltre, he is in Longwood - and is awesome.  We have a support group meeting at south seminole hospital conference room on the last wednesday of the month at 7 pm.  I am looking for more support so if you hear of anything, please let me know.  I am looking for more support, than just once a month - and this isn't a big group either.  Kelly
