Any northern Pinellas Support groups?

I live in the Palm Harbor area and looking for support groups in the northern part of the county or western Hillsborough?

There is a support group meeting every 2nd Saturday at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater.  It runs from 10:00 unti 11:30.  We meet with the nut and pre and post op are invited.  I have been going for over 2 yrs.  It's a great group and we learn a lot from each.  You are more than welcome to come and meet us all.  Good luck and welcome to the loser's bench.  God Bless

Which hospital is this please?  Is it the one on McMullen Booth Road?  I'm desperate for a local group!  I was banded on May 9th by Dr. Krishnaraj from the FOSA group in Zephyrhills.  We had a group that met once a month in Tampa and they also meet once a month in Zephyrhills.  First of all, the Tampa group canceled.  It's too far to go to Zhills for a one-hour meeting.  Frankly, I thought they needed to meet more often anyway!

Can anybody come to these meetings, or are they restricted to Dr. Jessee's patients?

Hey - thansk for the info on the Clearwater meetings - my surgeon is in Tampa, but I'd loe somethign local. Are non MPM people welcome? Where in the hosp is it?
