Greetings from Cleveland Clinic!

Our big support group evening is next Monday August 25^th.  Our 6:00 speaker will be Michele Lefkowitz, MS, RD. Many of you will remember Michele as one of our dietitians from 2 years ago. She will be here talking about nutrition, her bariatric website, and will be bring samples too.   You can check out her website at www.bariatricsupermarket.com

 Here’s the line-up for Monday evening:

            4:00 to 5:00  Emotional Wellness Group (post-op patients only) in conference room #4

            5:00 to 6:00 Family Support Group in room #4

             5:00-6:00  General Support Group in room #1

            6:00- 7:00  Speaker (Michele Lefkowitz) room #1

So you may plan ahead…..

            Our new Tuesday evening nutrition group was a big success. Our next one will be Tuesday Sept. 2^nd from 5:00-7:00pm. Lillian Craggs-Dino MS, RD will be leading this group, and the subject will be: “Calcium and Weight Loss.”

            Nutrition Support Group also on Monday morning Sept. 8^th from 9:00 to 11:00.

            Emotional Wellness Group immediately afterward in the same room from 11:00 to 11:45.

            Back on Track is Monday Sept. 15^th from 9:00 to 11:00.

            Our Sept. Monthly Support Group will be Monday evening the 29^th of September.
