Can someone fill a band with air?????

Ok so I'm over a year into having my band and I'm going CRAZY!!!!!
I use to have this doctor that I could not talk to about ANYTHING. I was misarable for a year. Throwing up everytime I ate. Pains in my side that were crippeling.  I told him about it and he just blew it off or acted like it was something I was doing wrong.
I went to a new Doctor a few months ago and I love her! But I have this burning question. When she unfilled my band so I could have tests done the my band was only filled to like 2 cc's I have a 10 cc band. She has now put me slowley up to around 3cc's and i feel NO restriction. Unless stressed.  So I am wondering now that i am filled more and have no restriction is their any possibility that my band had some air in it? I really think I'm gonna ask her to go up to 5.5 cc's. Becuse If I don't do something fast and keep gaining weight. I'm going to fall back into my depression hole :(

I am sory you are having problems with your band.. They are SO hard to dial in.. That is the main reason I chose NOT to get the band.. As well as all the stories, of Misery from friends that had them.. Actually quite a few of My friends that were banded, Have had revisions, To the sleeve, And they are SO PLEASED.. with the new Procedure..
