I'm 3 years post-op and had the lower tummy tuck which I'm quite satisfied with. Anyone have any good news on coverage for the upper arm surgery? These bat arms are sickening to look at.

My friend Chris (from Jax) has traveled to Ocala to have work done from Dr. Nahijir....he did her TT, and just did the arms..he does have a payment plan or insur...whichever you prefer.. Best of luck.

BTW....his website is.......www.cosmeticocala.com I didn't have it at the time but here it is and he is very reasonable in rates and like i said has a payment plan.  My friend has done 3 procedures and he does wonderful work. I'd do it if I had the dough and time to go up there...ooh well some day..

Ruth, thanks so much for providing this link.  I've been searching for a plastic surgeon who would take my insurance.  I got BCBS and Dr. N accepts it.  Gonna call them up for an appt!

Great to hear from you.  In answer to you question about the Tummy Tuck. I got my TT from Dr Jacqueline Royce in Sarasota, Fl. She also gives a discount for Bariatric Surgery patients. I found her to be very concerned and did a great job. I'm very happy with the results. My insurance covered this surgery since I had urlcers reaccuring from the excessive skin.  I'm determined to get these arms taken care of as soon as possible, but with the outsourcing my job is now doing, it may have to wait a little bit. These arms and thighs are gross. Good Luck  to you.

yeah i know what you mean about the "wings".. i swear if the wind is right, I can hold my arms out and would probably take flight! lol...my thighs aren't as bad as my arms, but would ike to get those fixed too...thanks for the info on the TT also.  wishing you continued success and luck!
