Tampa Bay Plastic Surgeons - any of you familiar with these PS?

Good morning, I posted the other day about finding PS in the Tampa Bay Area.  I got some really great responses and I am in the process of setting up consults with 2 surgeons that were recommended to me.  I also have 2 other consults that I have already scheduled (yes 4 consults in all).  I just wanted to know if any of you are familiar with the following Plastic Surgeon.  I am strong believer in word of mouth. I am interested in hearing from anyone who used the USF program for plastics. They use senior interns with board certified plastic surgeon and charge 50% of normal MD fee.

I saw a Dr. Mosiello on one of my follow-up appointments at the VA.  Find out if he practices at the VA and if so I will share my impression.

 yes he does, i just read it on the paperwork his office sent to me.  He also practices at UCH, and TGH.  Okay give it to me, what are your thoughts on him.  I have a consult on Tuesday so I want to prepared!!!

I have been to Dr. Mosiello, and have been very ,very un-happy with my results.  Please be sure to always do your research before you use any Dr.   Just google his name and that should help you out a bit!  Were you happy with Dr. mosiello at the VA?

At my support group meeting at TGH one of the post op'ers told me about Dr Michael Smith for PS.  She said Dr Smith got the insurance company to pay for her boob lift and tummy tuck!  I am not sure if Dr Smith is in Hillsborough or Pinellas County.  Google him and see if you can get more info.  But apparently he works with WLS people all the time and has figured out a way to get insurance to pay! I think that this is great. I am currently in the Jacksonville, FL area and was looking to get a revision from a surgery performed in 04/04. I lost 150 pounds but pregnancy put it back on and I went to Dr. Overcash located in Ocala, FL and his office was extremely slow about everything. They held off for at least 4 months and just acted like they did not care, I am not certain how he keeps clients. I would not refer anyone to that office. Now I am going through attempting to locate another dr that will do the Stomaphyx procedure and not bill it as a bariatric procedure. Everyone knows that Insurance Companies do not like to see "Bariatric Surgery" at all. This dr's office submitted a revision procedure that is non-invasive as a bariatric procedure and it is going down the throat. I guess they are not interested in getting business or paid for the procedure. Do anyone know of any dr.'s in Florida that will approve and complete the procedure?
