Affordable dr for selfpay lapband in south FL?

Does anyone know of an affordable dr for self pay lap band in south FL? I will be in Ft Myers but am willing to travel. Thanks

I live in Cape Coral but I am from Jacksonville Florida and I plan on having my surgery there.  Dr Steve Webb is very affordable I feel and he is good.  Call his office and his staff will answer all you need to know regarding fees etc...  Remember some doctors have seperate fees from the hospitals and their (doctor) fees (sometimes) don't include OP visits/Follow-ups just the surgical fees.
