advice please
There are drastic weight losses for the first 2-3 months, then it slows a bit and can actually stop while your body plays "catch up." As long as you are following your surgeon's instructions, you sound like you are doing just fine. Remember men DO lose a lot, and a lot faster than women the first 6 months.

It's normal. Keep doing everything your surgeon says to do. Step away from the scale - try your measurements, I'll bet there are changes. I plateaued for 9 months but went from an 18W to 12P.
Keep up the great work! It is normal to want to see the scale needle move, but placing less emphasis on it will help preserve your sanity. I wish someone had told me that when I was a new post-op!
