Saggy Skin?

Hi, I haven't had surgery yet, hoping for April, but I know I'm going to need PS.  I carry so much of my weight in my belly area, that I'm hoping all I'll need is a TT.  I have 125 lb. to lose and I think my legs and hopefully arms will do OK.
