NEWS!!! ... from Pasco Hernando OH Support Group!!

I wanted to let everyone know that even though our meetings are scheduled for the third Wednesday of each month, we have had to change those dates for the months of  November and December due to the Holidays.  The meetings will continue to be at the Hudson Library from 7PM to 8:30PM. Our meetings for these months will be: November 8th  and December 6th. Mark your calendars!! But don't worry.. I'll post reminders too. ALSO!!.... I wanted to remind everyone of our next meeting for THIS month:  Wednesday October 17th. It's coming up soon so I hope more of you will join us!  The holidays are coming up fast and this year we can all get ready for them in advance, and that includes our annual check up from the neck up! At our October meeting we will discuss ideas and strategies for a wonderful holiday season and share simple recipe ideas too!
***UPDATE*** I JUST received a BIG box of samples foods from BariatricChoice.com and am going to be bringing it to the October meeting to share with everyone! So don't miss out on some great stuff! I have already tried some and am quite impressed!
