It was good to finally meet some of you all yesterday.  I love putting a face on people.  Hope all went well for all of you.  I have a question though.  I was told 5 more days of liquids, then a week of puree, then a week of cottage cheese consistancy food.  Question is, besided actual cottage cheese, what is cottage cheese consistancy food?  I just want to make sure that I do not get it wrong.  Thanks.

I thought we couldnt have any beans of any type so I havent done the soup or the refried beans which sounds great to me.  Also no oatmeal or potatoes or bread of any type.  I had the sleeve done 13 days ago.  Maybe I got it all wrong????

I usually stick to cottage cheese because it's so high in protein.  11grams for 4oz.  However, for a change I have found that I really enjoy my favorite flavor of Chunky brand soup but I heat it and then put it in the blender so it's the consistency of baby food and there are no chunks or particles left.  The flavor is there and it really satisfies cravings when the liquid diet gets a little plain.

I was told No to the baby food.  They said because it is to thick and watery.  Anyone else heard of that?

I went through Dr. Kim as well so I know he said no to baby food too.
