September 8 is my Anniversary

I didn't realize it was my anniversary until just today!  It's hard to believe it's been 4 years already!!  Geez, where has the time gone?

Wow Jan..... that is amazing and you are doing so well. Mega congratulations!!!!  What a post op poster child you are! Let me ask you a question. What are some of the most important things you'd say to us new post op folks that you did and or still do that makes you such a long term success?

Happy Re-Birthday!!

No wonder it was so hard to believe it's been 4 years.  That's because it's only been THREE years!!  I guess I can't count!! As for words of wisdom, follow your surgeon's program and learn a new way to live during the honeymoon phase.  It will optimize your weight loss and make it a tad bit easier to keep the weight off if you "get it".  You need to not go back to making poor food choices.  Learn to eat protein first and keep the junk out of your house and your life.

Congratulation Jan, Wishing now you could've made it to Atlanta yesterday to Celebrate it Grandly with the gathering of your peers and he OH staff including OH founder Eric Klein. Maybe next year as OH will be returning to Atlanta for a Two Day Conference in September.  Happy Anniversary, Mike 

Not driving all that way to Atlanta was celebration enough!!  I celebrate my WLS every week when I visit the post-ops!  I was able to talk to Eric in Orlando during the providers' seminar that was in the afternoon. Thanks for the well wishes!
