I'm a newbie on here

Hello everyone I am a newbie on here and I will like all the help I can get. I had my first appt. with Dr. Overcash on Tuesday Sept 4. I now just have to get my PCP letter and history from him. Any suggestions will be helpful. I have Atena PPO. Also can anyone give me any sample letters to send to my insurance company

I had Aetna and was approved with no problems at all.  I think my letters are still on my profile, so help yourself.
