Please come to the online support groups.  They are really helping me stay close to the track.  I say close to the track, because I struggle with being compliant to the program.  The support groups are on Mondays and Thursday nights and Thursday afternoons.  If u r stuggling with being your best or if u r doing wonderful, we want you at these meetings.  The support groups are for US Bariatric surgeon patients.  I believe all the USB surgeons are Dr Marema, Dr Kim and Dr Perez.  Please come and get the support you need or give support to other patients!!
