URGENT REPLIES NEEDED!!

Thanks Vickie, I am seeing the GI on wednesday, recommended from my surgeon to schedule the removal of the ring. I was told by my surgeon that they are not putting in the ring anymore because of this happening, like u said. I now feel nervous that my pouch will stretch without it, but i have been doing so good i won't let that ruin everything. So u love London, how many times have u been there? I am originally from there and been living in the US for 20 years, i absolutely love it here and don't miss England at all, just my family. Going to London for me is visiting family, I have did all the sight seeing with my kids when they were little, in fact I saw more when I visited there than when i lived there. Joanne, Good luck with the ring removal.  According to my surgeon, if we don't overeat & force food into the opening (stoma) it isn't going to stretch too much.  So if you keep following the rules as you've always done, you shouldn't have a problem. We've been to Great Britian 3 times & always spend extra time in London on both ends of the trip.  I love going to the theatre so we always book show tickets well in advance and try to see something new of the city as well.   I finally made it to Harrods on our last trip (I love to shop!!) but there are still so many things we haven't had time to do.  I guess we'll just have to keep going until I run out of things to see & do!!   Enjoy visiting your family!
