I GOT MY INSURANCE APPROVAL!!!!!!!!!!!!

OHMYGOD   ....About an hour ago I called the insurance company like I have every single day for the last 3 weeks. They always ask if they can put me on hold and this time was no different. But this time they kept me on hold for a very long time and I got a little nervous. BUT then the woman came back on the line and told me that I WAS APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Can you believe it!   I called my surgeons office to tell them so we can get my date of August 13th set on their schedule and take it OFF "tentative". I have not been able to get through to them.. .keep getting voice mail but I'm sure I'll hear from them today and will have my date. I am flying high as you ALL well know!  Thank you Lord! Hey Anne. Thank you so much!!  I know you know exactly how I feel and I could tell from your message  that my message took you down memory lane. What a great day to remember. I called Dr. Gonzalvo/Gordon's office right after I got off the phone witih the insurance company and left a message for Sherri since she was on the phone. I was told that Kelly does the surgery scheduling  and she won't be in until Monday so I'll have to call her then. Sherri didn't return my call but I'm sure she probably figures there's nothing she can do for me till Mondah anyway.  My husband and I have been busy all day packing up camp to drive back down home to Florida so I have been floating on air all day. I can't wait to get home... I miss Florida and the heat believe it or not.  I'll keep you posted when I get that set in stone surgery date. I'm hoping it will still be August 13. I started my pre op diet today even though I don't need to until Monday.  -Marianne C.

Marianne, Not sure if you heard back from the Dr office today....I know that they are only in in the AM there in Largo and Dr Gordon does hours in Dunedin in the afternoons.  CONGRATUALATIONS!!!!  I got chills when I read your note, it brought back the memories of my letter....i hadn't called, they sent the letter before I could start bugging them!!  My first call that next day was to the Dr's to get my date!! Very happy for  you and you day will be here soon!!! Anne

Congratulations... I know that's the BEST feeling... I was walking on air for days after I finally got my approval, after 3 denials. Good for you, Your August date will be here in no time.
