Attn: US Bariatric Patients!! Please come to online support!!

US Bariatric Patients, Please come to the online support groups on Monday from 9-10pm est, Thursday 12-1pm and Thursday 8:15-9pm.  Lunch meeting may be from 12:15 - 1pm on Thursdays instead of 12-1pm.   I was struggling with my program and plateaus, but I have started losing again since attending the online meetings.  Unfortunately, there haven't been many people at the meetings lately and I fear that they may be discontinued if people don't come.  I live about an hour from the live support groups, so the online ones are helpful to me.   When I first tried to attend the online meetings right after my surgery,  I couldn't get in and I thought it was because there were so many people attending that they were full, but they were broken.  I quit trying until I started struggling.   So... if you tried to come before and couldn't get in... try again.  It's working now.  Please come!!

We need eachother to be successful.  The surgery is only a tool, not a magic wand (I wish there was a magic wand).   I hope to see you very soon!! Elizabeth
