Nutrition Knowledge after Gastric Bypass Study

Hi everyone, My name is Lora Williams. I am a Masters in Dietetics student at D'Youville College, in Buffalo, New York. I am conducting a national, anonymous, online study of the Patient Knowledge of Nutrition Care after Gastric Bypass Surgery. (sorry the study had to be limited due to different nutrition protocols for the different surgeries.) If you are interested in taking the survey, it will only take about 20 minutes of your time, it's completely anonymous, and may benefit the care gastric bypass patients receive as well as improve long term outcomes.  If you are interested, please visit www.nutritionknowledgesurvey.com to link to the study survey on Survey Monkey. To maintain study anonymity, no data will be collected from site visitors.  The survey will be available from 7/23/07 to 8/12/07.
