Does anyone know of a PS anywhere in Florida that will accept Medicare? Also, are there any Disney Cast Members here that post on this board? Thanks, Dawn Barrera

It was suggested by my surgeons office to have your doctors medically note on your records of any rashes, infections (like yeast), irritations anything that can cause you to have further problems in the future to make it medically necessary for you to have plastic surgery.   For example if you have an overhanging stomache (like I do) it is not uncommon for people to sweat and develop rashes and yeast infections.  These infections can develop into worse conditions, so the insurance companies will pay for it.

Thanks Linda, My doctors have been doing that for the past 2 years. When I went to one PS last Sepptember who I thought accepted Medicare he took all sorts of pics, had the letter ready, the whole shabang. They called the next day and said they didn't realize I had Medicare and would have to pay for the surgery upfront then submit the bills to Medicare myself. Hello, if I had $10,000 just sitting around I would have had the surgery a long time ago. LOL So, it has been proven it would be medically necessary it's just finding a surgeon willing to have pity on me and accept the Medicare. Thanks, Dawn
