Ambien CR and things that go bump in the night....

I too have suffered sleepwalking and night eating with Ambien./Lunesta and halcion.. My doctor changed my meds yesterday to Restoril......I slept very well last night.  No eating, I will keep you posted.  Good luck and are you sure of the meds he gave you are the "Date Rape Drugs"?

Well I have decided that I am going to hold off on another Rx for now and increase my activity and get up earlier than I did before.   Restoril seemed to have a few connections to articles on the date rape drug but once I made my decision to try on my own to get better sleep I stopped looking into the Restoril. I am glad your having success with it :) I may just be that small percentage that cant tolerate some of the drugs / side effects : ( Thank you for taking the time to respond to my post your input is greatly appreciated : ) Your friend Margo Marie
