So excited

Well, I feel very accomplished today. I had my new patient appointment with Dr. Jawad's office today. He said I would be a great candidate for the lap-band. I had my lab work done today. I have my nutrition consult on 7/9. I have the psych consult on 7/10. I scheduled my gallbladder u/s and upper gi for 7/19. Apparently, Dr. Jawad's office does not handle the pre-determination for Cigna so I will be submitting all the paperwork to them myself (this kind of sucks). I have an appointment with my PCP on 7/9 so I will have her write the referral letter and will get a copy of all my medical records too. Am I missing anything? I hope this continues to go smoothly. It is exciting to see progress in something that you really want.  I know I couldn't believe it when I finally had all my paperwork done and I was scheduling my surgery date.  Best of luck to you.
