boy what a roller coster ride we have to go through. to get weight loss surgery. It finly catching up to me that I will be going to the loseing team very soon. I rather be a losser than a over weight person any day. So how are all you doing on your optifast. I am doing very well neaver hungery. this July 4 will be a new indipendnts day for me. Free form obsetiy and pain of humlation from others. bye for now
