As you may have read in my other post, I'm a wls support group leader here in Jacksonville.  I'd love to help you in any way I can and hope that you read how important I think it is to attend support group meetings prior to your surgery.  Its a great place to get your questions answered face to face.  OH is a wonderful site and there's some really great information here.  Don't miss out on that aspect.  Attending a local support group only means you will get to talk to someone who's used your same surgeon and since every surgeon requries different things, you'll pick up on what your specific surgeon will expect.
