need mens cloths 48 to 50 wast and xx and xxxshirts!

hi my name is neil intindola a long time member, im going threw a bit of a hard time right now and need cloths unfortnatly im curantly diabled and cant aford to much, ive lost almost 200lbs but not bc of gastric bypase but work related injurys and liver cancer, im between a 48 to 50 pants and shirts xx or xxx fit but im still looseing weight.
