Alfred Piniella - he is off of 37th and NW 7th Street, by Miami International Aiport.  The appointment is $150 and takes no time at all.  Any other questions let me know.

You can also try to contact Dr. Gilda Moreno. She is off Galloway, but usually gets very busy, you can also contact your surgeon's office or your insurance for a referral. There are several in Miami, let me know if you need any help. Good Luck and stay positive.
