Thanks for emailing. I read your profile and didn't see what kind of surgery you are opting to have. Is it Lap Band also? If so, I may have a much better alternative for you since you are self-pay (I work for Govt. also!). A lot cheaper and the 2nd top Laproscopic Lap Band Surgeon in the World with 4300 Lap Band sugeries under his belt and 11 years experience! This surgery has been performed in Europe since 94 or 95. It has just surfaced in US the past couple of years and most of the Dr.s here do not have much experience in lap band. Could save you up to $6,000 including travel!
