Support Grp in Jax or Daytona

I live just about half way between Jax and Daytona and am having my surgery in Gainesville, which is about 2 hours from here. Anyone know of a support group in the Jax, St. Augustine, or Daytona area that meets in the evening? Do tell--I really don't want to drive clear to Gainesville each month for a support group.
