Orlando Support Groups

Is there any support groups in Orlando other than the Herndon Airport one. I live in Apopka and was looking for one closer. I haven't had surgery yet but wanted to find one ahead of time. Marilyn

Hi Marilyn, My Doctor has a support group meeting once a month in Orlando @ Comfort Inn Suites 5617 Major Blvd. Orlando, Florida 32819 (407) 363-1967 The next meeting will be May 21st. @ 6pm - 8pm The meetings are open to anyone before and after WLS from anywhere.

Thanks, I would love to come to next months support group. I won't be able to go to this months. I'm in Sanford, so this is much closer for me also.

Marilyn: I'm in the same boat....I live in Apopka as well, right behing the Park Ave post office...we may have to start our own group...couple with that, the fact that I work nights - so I need a day group! Belana
