OT: Need Tampa gym info

Hey bandster family - I am looking for advice for a friend. She is new in the Tampa area, and is looking for a really good gym. She needs weight machines, cardio machines, a pool, nice locker rooms/showers. She lives close to Bush Gardens - so anything near there would be great! Thanks for any tips!

Oh I hope your friend came to the OH Conference this passing weekend. As Lifestyle Family Fitness was in attendence even giving away one day and a few One Year Memberships. Their in the Planning Stage of starting a Bariatric Exercise Program nationwide. Plus I've invited them to be a National Sponsor for the "Walk from Obesity" fundraiser in late Sept.'07. But there is also the YMCA or YWCA all over Tampa Bay and I know there is one of these near Busch Gardens. If she has a problem not attending because of Cost, these Y's have a Scholarship Program which bases Membership Fees on ones Income. Mine was $5.00 per month as others were $10-15 per month. But no one who submits an application is ever turned away because they couldn't pay.
