Looking for Accountability/Motivation Partner

Thanks, Elizabeth. It's always nice to have someone to lend me an ear. And I'm glad to let you bend my ear as well. Found out I have carpal tunnel in both wrists and a pulled muscle in my right shoulder today, so it's why I haven't responded sooner. Hands either numb or hurting, so lots of typing hard lately. Have to do it in spurts and use my left hand more than it's used to as right is the hardest hit. Grats on your surgery and commitment to change. I'll try to contact you again once the muscle relaxers kick in and I get some more sleep. Tonya
