So i talked with the nurse yesterday she was in a way better mood. She said if I could not handle the duet vitamins she finally gave me the option for something els. I'm back on my antidepressant. After a week of quiting cold turkey. I went and spoke with my primary doctor and feel much better he always knows the right things to say to put me at ease. But hey I'm still hungry lol. I still have no energy but this shall pass once i can get some real liquids in me or protine drinks next week. I have a appointment with my surgeon next Monday. I think I'm healing fast. But I just don't have the energy to do anything about it. I feel like a dead log. Work today should be fun lol. hopefully my boss understands .

Great! I would think the Isopure protein drinks (clear liquid) should be ok for you to use now .. I can understand waiting to start protein shakes (or slim-fast, etc) since they aren't clear liquids.. .. clear broths, such as egg drop soup, chicken broth, beef broth provide protein and should help curb the hunger .. Jello, fruit juices, sugar-free popsicles, frozen ices (like the luigi lemon), crystal light, v-8 splash drinks will give a variety .. hot tea, cold tea, coffee .. we mixed the clear Isopure drinks to make the jello and that was pretty good .. you can get the Isopure at vitamin/health stores - lots of flavors - lemonade, fruit punch, some exotic flavors - it is sorta thick so we cut it with crystal light, fruit juice, etc.. good luck!!!

Hi Sara, I am glad that you are feeling better. Every day is beter than the last. Your body's hormones are going haywire right now, not knowing whether you should scratch your watch or wind your butt. They will even out soon, and the Effexor will help, too. Take it easy. Kristen
