Records from Wish Center in Tampa

Hi Anyone know how to get in contact with the Wish Center I'm looking for a Psych exam from 2005 at the Wish Center in Tampa (Town and Country Hospital) nobody knows where they went or how to get in touch Please help me!!!! My surgical date is set for the 26th Sad sack, colleen

Collen have you've gone to the Records Dept. at Town & Country Hospital to request any records on yourself. As even though you were with the Wish Center, their require to have a set on you too. Plus I've found your Surgeon. He's in Bradenton now. He's required to also have a set of your Records too. Or will be able to put you in touch as to where to get them. Thank you Michael. It appears that Dr. Dietrich was the Doctor at The Wish center and he sent the records back last year to chicago. The problem is nobody is ansering the phone in Chicago dr. Deitrich gave me the number.... So, I set up an appointment in Sarasota and I'm just doing it again I don't want to put this off because of the Wish Center.
