Can't stop losing and now I am scared!
I know - some of you must be thinking I am nuts but I am down to 137 lbs - had my last blood work this week and the dr says I'm ok with all my levels - calcium, etc...
Problem is I'm still losing and now people are starting to ask questions like am I ok? I'm eating well. I'm actually hungry and I am now adding carbs - ie whole wheat pasta, to my diet and tolerating it.
Has this happened to anyone else?
I'm scare and need to revisit my journals to make sure I'm eating enough. I don't feel sick anymore and I am excercising...

Although im just 5 weeks post op and still have a ways to go.. I would say if you are now comfortable with your size and your bloods are all good, increase calories until the weight loss stops. BTW.. i was looking at your pics and you look fantastic! Great job...
Thank for the vote of confidence Brian - and good luck to you... I'm only concerned because I'm 5'10" and need to be between 150-160 - @ 137 without the p/s....I am underweight. I've been stressed out @ work. My manager is trying to get me fired after 23 yrs with the company never one bad review.
So stress is deadly - be kind to yourself while you're recouping.....in the beginning you get this energy burst then you crash. so make sure you're eating and hydrating alot!
Good luck to you!

PS: love the puppies!
HI BARB,
I HAVE BEEN LOSING MORE THAN I THOUGHT I WOULD, MY GOAL WAS BETWEEN 125-130 AND I AM NOW DOWN TO 119-120 AT 5'2" I HAVE ALSO HAD SOME COMMENTS FROM PEOPLE, BUT IN THE WAY OF UR TOO SKINNY, OR ARE U ANNOREXIC - WELL I FEEL FINE, I LOOK FINE AND I DONT MIND BEING TOLD IM TOO SKINNY! IF U FEEL COMFORTABLE AT YOUR WEIGHT AND AS THE LAST PERSON, WHO POSTED AN ANSWER SAID, UR BLOODWORK IS GOOD, THEN I WOULDNT WORRY ABOUT IT AT ALL. YOU LOOK AND FEEL GREAT AND THAT'S ALL THAT MATTERS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

God, Michael, I love you!!!! You always have a way of putting a smile on my face!
I was going to call Emily @ Dr Rosenthal's office this week to get some suggestions.
PS: for the last 3 days I've been eating more carbs and eating almost normal size portions. A little scary since we've always got to be concerned about stretching pouchie-aka little Diva.
I'm heading over the Susan Maria's store next weekend to pick up a few items....
Take care and keep on the journey!!!!! You're lookin' good in that last picture!
Keep smiling!

I am 5'9 and 130-135...size 3/5 right now. I feel great...people are always asking if I am ok and so on. I orginally stopped losing at 17 months and hovered around 150...then I dropped down to 130 right before my 2 years...my doctors goal was 177 for me.
I have problems keeping the weight on now, so I graze more, drink with meals...eat more carbs. 130 is actually the bare minimum I can go...so I am very conscience of when I lose weight now and start to intake more. I don't exercise but I have 3 kids, work full time and have a large home...this is enough exercise for me.
I wish I could help you out more...but I hear you....I was scared when I got down to about 128 but my body bounced back up to low 130's.
