HELP HAIR LOSS AGAIN 1 YEAR POST OP

Hi everyone i need some help.Feb was my 1 year post op anniversary and im glad with the results lost 115 lbs,but on the other hand im not glad that my hair is falling out again.i lost my hair like most people between the 3-6 month period and took biotin and zinc and it helped alot,hair stoped falling out and regrowth started.i was sick with the flu for the last 3 weeks.i admit i might not have gotten all the protein i should have because i was not in the mood to eat much feeling so lousy,but i continued taking all my vitamins as ususal.This past week has been a horror for me .once again every time i showered tons of hair started fallen alot.im so upset because i thought that stage was over and done with, has this happened to anyone before.can it be that because i didnt get enough protein this last couple of weeks it started again.im again on mega doses of gnc biotin 2500 mg and 50 mg of zinc.if anyone has some feed back on this issue please let me know im so upset. thanks ALEX

Call your Doctor and get your Blood Tests done as soon as possible. It could be low levels of something else too.

Michael thanks for your quick reply,i failed to mention in my original post that i had gone to see mr Doctor and he did my usual 3 month blood work and all levels are fine,im so upset i dont know what else to do oh well i will have to deal with it again,hopefully it will stop thanks again
